I created Happi Healing Wellness because I believe true healing happens when we nourish the whole person rather than just the symptoms.
As a Clinical Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, and Wellness Educator, my mission is to help people create sustainable habits that support lasting health through nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and community.
