In this 4-week beach yoga series, we will reconnect with the playful, wise, and wounded parts of ourselves. Through intentional movement, breathwork, journaling, and reflection, you’ll build a stronger relationship with your inner child — learning how to listen, love, and nurture them into wholeness. 🌟
