In this 4-week beach yoga series, we will reconnect with the playful, wise, and wounded parts of ourselves. Through intentional movement, breathwork, journaling, and reflection, youโll build a stronger relationship with your inner child โ learning how to listen, love, and nurture them into wholeness. ๐
