Celebrate our launch with a FREE first class! Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and outdoor fun! Children will explore yoga through imaginative play, breathing exercises, games, and nature while building confidence, creativity, and emotional well-being.

About the event
Bring a yoga mat or blanket, water bottle, and comfortable clothing. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the park while class is in session.
This special summer class is the perfect introduction to Happi Healing Kids—a joyful wellness program designed to help children move, breathe, grow, and shine.
Ages: 4–8 years
