About the event
August's Monthly Intention: Brave Beginnings
Throughout the month, children will discover that courage grows one step at a time. Through imaginative yoga adventures, breathing exercises, games, storytelling, and relaxation, they'll learn to try new things, overcome challenges, use their voices with kindness, and celebrate the courage that already lives inside them.
Week 3: Brave Voices
This week, children will explore how to use their voices with confidence, kindness, and courage. Whether it's asking for help, sharing an idea, encouraging a friend, or expressing their feelings, they'll learn that every voice matters and that brave voices help make the world a kinder place.
Through yoga, mindful breathing, creative movement, storytelling, and playful activities, children will practice speaking with confidence while discovering that being brave doesn't always mean being the loudest—it means being true to yourself.
